How do you invite students to the Vygo Platform?

Student invitations on the Vygo platform serve as a vital tool for efficiently bringing more users onto the platform. This feature allows program owners to invite students in bulk through a streamlined process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all users.

How to send out platform invites:

Follow these step-by-step instructions to send out platform invites to all your students successfully:

  1. Access Your Partner Portal: Log into the Vygo platform using your credentials and ensure you have "program owner" level admin access.
  2. Navigate to Users: Select the 'Admin' Icon > 'User's.
  3. Initiate Invites to a specified user group: Select the 'Options' icon, & click 'Invite users'. Once this is done you would have to confirm the specified group that you would like to invite. (eg: Pre - Arrivals, Students, Alumni, Industry Experts, Staff & Owners)
  4. Upload Email IDs: Upload as a CSV file or manually enter all emails.
  5. Review and Confirm: Review the list of emails, including flagged non-SSO and invalid emails, then select 'Next' to initiate invites. Your final step is to click 'Send invites' at the next screen.
  6. Wait for Processing: Invites typically take about 10 minutes to be sent out. A notification confirms the number of invites sent.
  7. Check Invite Status: After sending invites, go to Admin > Users Pending to view the complete list of invited students, sender details, and invite dates. You can filter this by users who have accepted / cancelled their invite or users who's invitation has expired.

By leveraging student invitations on Vygo, program owners and administrators can efficiently onboard a larger number of students onto the platform, enhancing user engagement and overall platform utilisation.
