The member/supporter management features on the Vygo platform allow program admins to manage both supporters and members within a live program effectively. This functionality is essential for maintaining an organised, efficient, and secure program environment where admins can oversee membership statuses, review application answers, and approve or remove participants as needed.

How to Manage Supporters & Members?
Follow these steps to manage supporters and mentees within a live program on the Vygo platform:
- Access Program Settings:
- Navigate to ‘Programs’ from the top navigation menu.
- Select ‘Settings’ in the second-from-the-top navigation menu on the right.
- Open Member Management:
- In the left sidebar, select "Member Management" and this will display a list of all program members and supporters.
- Review Member Information:
You can view the membership question answers provided by each member. This helps in understanding their background and reasons for joining.
- Modify Member/Supporter Status:
- To alter a member's status, locate the ‘Actions’ header in the far-right column and select the burger menu (three vertical dots) next to the member's name.
- A pop-up menu with options such as ‘Remove from program’ will appear. You can use this menu to revoke supporter status and remove members from the program.
- You can grant and revoke supporters' permission to create events, group chats, and group sessions.
- Manage Pending and Pre-Approved Members:
Depending on your program's settings, you may see ‘Pending’ and ‘Pre-approved’ tabs.
- The ‘Pending’ tab lists all members and supporters who have requested to join and require approval. Review their application answers to decide on their membership.
- The ‘Pre-approved’ tab shows pre-approved members or supporters to join the program without manual approval. This helps streamline the onboarding process for selected individuals.
- View and Update Profiles:
You can view detailed profiles of supporters and mentees, which is important as members will refer to these profiles when considering contacts or booking sessions. Ensure profiles are complete and informative.
