How It Works

From the user's perspective, external programs are seamlessly integrated into the program list. They appear alongside other programs, distinguished by an external flag. Instead of a "join program" button, users see a "go-to program" link. Upon selecting this link, users receive a warning about leaving Vygo and are then directed to the external service's URL.

Creating External Programs

  1. Enable External Programs: Confirm with your customer success manager that the External Programs feature is enabled on the platform.
  2. Access Program admin page: As a program admin, navigate to the programs tab and select "admin" from the sub-menu.
