How to understand the Insights Dashboard
The User Engagement Dashboard is a comprehensive tool that provides valuable data on user interactions and activity within your platform. By analysing these metrics, you can better understand user behaviour, improve engagement strategies, and optimise overall platform performance.
This can be accessed by going into a programme and selecting the 'Insights' option on your screen.
