• Set Duration Limits: Admins can now define maximum and minimum session durations to ensure sessions are tailored to program needs.

• Control Locations: Enable or restrict available locations for sessions, giving you control over where sessions take place.

Streamlined Private and Group Session Request Flow

The session booking process has been redesigned with users in mind, making it easier and more intuitive to navigate:

• Simplified Program Selection: When users share only one program with the session partner, the system auto-selects it, skipping this step.
• Smart Skipping of Steps: If a program offers only one session duration or location, those options are automatically applied.
• Improved Date and Time Validation: The system now proactively checks calendars and existing bookings to eliminate unavailable time slots upfront.

• Popular Duration Options Highlighted: Users are presented with the most common durations (30, 45, and 60 minutes) for quick selection, with additional options available based on program settings.

• Clearer Date Selection: Dates with no availability are greyed out, simplifying the scheduling process.
