How to Use the Private Sessions Dashboard at a Program Level
The Sessions Dashboard in Vygo provides a comprehensive view of all sessions within a program, allowing platform owners and program admins to track, manage, and edit sessions as needed. This guide walks you through how to navigate and make the most of this powerful tool.
Accessing the Sessions Dashboard
- Go to Your Program: Start by navigating to the relevant program from your main dashboard.
- Click the ‘Sessions’ Tab: Only users with Program Admin or Platform Owner access will be able to see and interact with the Sessions tab.
What You Can Do in the Sessions Dashboard
Once inside the Sessions tab, you can perform a variety of actions to monitor and manage session activity:
Search and Filter
- Search: Look up sessions by participant name or email.
- Filter: View sessions by status – Pending, Upcoming, Completed, or Cancelled.
- Date Range: Filter sessions based on a specific date range to narrow your view.
- Refresh: Click the refresh icon to ensure you're viewing the latest data.
- Toggle Columns: Use the eye icon to show or hide specific columns of data based on your needs.
Exporting Session Data
- You can export all session information currently displayed in the dashboard to a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.
Viewing and Editing Session Details
- Click a Session: Selecting any session opens a detailed pop-up.
- Session Details: View both participants, the scheduled date, time, location, who created the session, and more.
- Activity Log: Review a timeline of session events including creation, acceptance, cancellation, or decline timestamps.
Editing a Session

Click the ellipsis icon (three dots) on a session row.
Select ‘Edit’ to modify session details.
You can update:
- Supporter
- Date & Time
- Location
- Duration
- Description
- Optionally, leave a reason for the change, which will be communicated to both participants.
- You can also cancel the session
Creating a Session on Behalf of a Student
Program admins can also schedule sessions directly for students:

Choose the student you want to book with.
Enter session details:
- Supporter
- Location
- Duration
- Date & Time
- Once scheduled, a notification will be sent to all involved users.
