Program Managers have access to various reports and datasets on the Vygo platform, enabling them to monitor program activities, analyse engagement, and make data-driven decisions. This guide explains how to access, interpret, and utilise these reports effectively.

How to Access the Reports?

  1. Log in to the Vygo platform.
  2. Navigate to the Data Exports section from the Insights in the program submenu.
  3. Select the desired report type (e.g., User Activities, Program Members).
  4. Use filters (e.g., date range, program ID) to refine data.
  5. Export data as needed for further analysis.

1. User Activities Report

This report captures all user activities within a specific program, providing insights into user engagement, interactions, and connections.

Data Collected:

  • Created at: Date of activity completion.
  • Program ID: Unique identifier for the program.
  • User ID: Unique identifier for the user.
  • Activity: Type of activity (e.g., sent-private message, registered-for-event).
  • Chat ID: Identifier for chat sessions.
  • Message ID: Identifier for individual messages.
  • Event ID: Identifier for events.
  • Session ID: Identifier for sessions attended.
  • Connection Type: Status of 1-1 connections (auto-connected or self-connected).
  • Connected User ID: Identifier of connected users (1-1 connections only).
  • Admin ID: Identifier for admins engaging with users.
  • Feedback ID: Identifier for feedback submitted by users (optional).

2. Program Members Report

This report provides data on all users who join the program, including members, mentors, and supporters.

Data Collected:

  • Program ID: Unique identifier for the program.
  • User ID: Unique identifier for each user.
  • First Name / Second Name: User’s full name.
  • Email: User’s login email.
  • Student ID / External ID: Onboarding identifiers.
  • Member Status: Active or inactive status.
  • Requested at: Date user requested to join (approval-required programs).
  • Cancelled Request at: Date user canceled their join request.
  • Joined at: Date user joined the program.
  • Approved/Rejected at: Admin decision dates for approval-required programs.
  • Removed/Left at: Dates user was removed or voluntarily exited.
  • Pre-approved/Revoked at: Dates for pre-approvals and revocations.

3. Program Member Answers

This dataset includes responses provided by members during onboarding or program-specific questions.

Data Collected:

  • Program ID: Unique identifier for the program.
  • User ID: Unique identifier for each user.
  • Question ID / Text: Identifier and wording of the question.
  • Answer: User’s response.
  • Last Updated: Date answer was last modified.

4. Program Supporters Report

This report tracks data for supporters, including mentors, and their onboarding responses.

Data Collected:

  • Program ID: Unique identifier for the program.
  • User ID: Unique identifier for each supporter.
  • First Name / Second Name: Supporter’s full name.
  • Email: Login email.
  • Student ID / External ID: Onboarding identifiers.
  • Supporter Status: Active or inactive status.
  • Requested/Cancelled at: Dates for join requests and cancellations.
  • Joined/Approved/Rejected at: Dates for joining and admin decisions.
  • Removed/Left/Pre-approved/Revoked at: Relevant dates for program changes.

5. Private Sessions

This dataset captures information about private sessions hosted on the platform.

Data Collected:

  • Start Time: Session start date and time.
  • Program ID / Session ID: Identifiers for program and session.
  • Status: Active, Cancelled, or Completed.
  • Duration: Session length (in minutes).
  • Location: Hosting venue (Vygo Video Room, in-person, external platforms).
  • Title: Session name.

Private Session Participants

  • Participant ID: Unique identifier for session participants.
  • Participant Role: Host or participant.

Private Session Feedback

  • Feedback Date: Date feedback was provided.
  • Ratings: Overall, communication, confidence, and knowledge ratings.
  • Comments: Additional participant feedback.

6. Group Sessions
