What are Program Resources?
Program Resources is a feature within Vygo that allows administrators to store and share important materials with users in a single, centralised location at the program level.
This creates a dedicated resource library for each program, making it easier to manage, access, and distribute information to students and supporters.

Why use Program Resources?
Program Resources helps streamline how materials are shared and maintained across your program. Instead of sending links or files in chats or external tools, everything can be stored in one place within Vygo.
Key benefits include:
- Centralised resource management: Keep all program-related materials in one location
- Improved accessibility: Students and supporters can easily find and access resources within their program
- Better visibility: Track how users are engaging with resources, including views and downloads
- Faster sharing: Quickly share resources via link, both داخل and outside the platform
What types of resources can be added?
Program Resources supports both:
- File uploads (e.g. PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint files, images, spreadsheets)
- External links (e.g. websites, videos, or other online content)
Uploading files directly to Vygo is recommended, as it allows resources to be viewed within the platform and supports future feature enhancements.
Where do Program Resources live?
Resources are available within each program via the Resources tab.
- Administrators will always see the Resources tab
- Students and supporters will only see the tab once resources have been added to the program
Who can access Program Resources?
Access to resources depends on user roles and visibility settings:
- Admins: Can add, manage, and view all resources
- Supporters: Can view public resources and supporter-only resources
- Members: Can only view public resources
Some resources may be restricted to specific user groups (e.g. supporter-only), and users will only be able to access resources they have permission to view.
