What is The Mentor Academy (TMA)?

The Mentor Academy is a world-class and freely available online mentor training course. It was spearheaded by the Vygo team with guidance from a global Academic Council.

The Vygo team believes that every learner deserves the opportunity to be mentored and to mentor someone else. Amazing mentoring relationships start with amazing mentor training. The Mentor Academy was created to allow learners to up-skill themselves and allow all education institutions to launch impactful mentoring programs.

Foundations of Mentoring

By studying and analysing the expectations, roles and responsibilities associated with impactful mentorship, you will develop your skills as a mentor and leader. Incorporating written, video, and interactive content, this online course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and sensitivity required to be an exceptional mentor. Whether you have an immediate mentor relationship or not, the principles in this course will help prepare you for future leadership positions.
