Resources are displayed in a list or tile view. Use clear titles to help users quickly identify important materials.
Tracking resource engagement
Vygo provides visibility into how users interact with resources.
What you can track
For each resource, admins can view:

- Which users have accessed the resource
How to view engagement
- Go to the Resources tab in your program
- Select a resource
- Open the engagement panel to see user activity
You can click into individual users to view more details about their activity.
Where this data appears
Resource engagement data is also reflected in program insights, helping you understand how useful your materials are and how often they are being used.
Tips for managing resources
- Upload files directly where possible for a better in-platform experience
- Use clear, descriptive titles so users can easily find what they need
- Pin key resources to highlight important information
- Regularly review engagement to identify which resources are most valuable
