What is the admin connections dashboard?
The Org-level Connections Dashboard provides administrators with a centralised view of all active member-supporter connections across their organisation.
This dashboard allows administrators to monitor and export connection data across multiple programs from a single location, removing the need to open programs individually.
The feature is available to:
- Organisation Owners
- Support Admins
- Program Admins
Program Admins will only see data related to programs they manage.
What You Can View
The dashboard displays:
- Active member-supporter connections
- The programs where users are connected
- User relationship roles
- Connection sources
- Program-level filtering options
The dashboard focuses specifically on active member-supporter relationships.

Accessing the Dashboard
- Log into Vygo
- Select the Admin section
- Open the Connections
The dashboard will automatically display the relevant data based on your administrative permissions.
