How to Create a New Program on Vygo?
A program created on the Vygo platform offers enhanced features, extensive customisation options, and increased support from the Vygo team, making it ideal for comprehensive and effective student support programs.
Follow the simple steps:
- Navigate to Programs:
Go to ‘Programs’ using the navigation menu in the header at the top right.
- Select ‘Create New Program’:
Select the blue ‘Create New Program’ button. If it is missing, contact your Vygo partner success manager or representative.
- Fill in Program Information:
Complete the required fields: program name, description, about the program, supporter titles. etc.
- Select a Cover Image:
Upload a cover image without logos. Use the Unsplash library for a wide selection of images.
- Set Access Control:
Select ‘Next’ to open the ‘Access Control’ tab. Here, you can set who can access your program and manage approval settings.
- Define Membership Questions:
Select 'Next' to reach the 'General Questions' and 'Supporter Questions' tabs. Set questions for prospective members and supporters. Explore this article to learn more about the questions.
- Establish Program Guidelines:
Select 'Next' again to reach the 'Program Guidelines' tab. Here, you can update the general program guidelines and supporter guidelines for the program, both of which are optional.
- Finalise and Publish:
Select ‘Next’ one final time. Your program will be configured and remain unlisted until published. Invite mentors, publish the program, and promote it to grow membership.
