The end-of-session feedback feature on Vygo allows program owners to collect valuable insights from students after each support session. This guide walks you through how to configure feedback questions and provides best practices for gathering useful responses.

Key Features

  • Up to 3 Questions: You can include a maximum of three feedback questions.

    Flexible Question Types:

    • Multiple choice (single-select or multi-select)
    • Short text
    • Long text
  • Editable Anytime: Feedback questions can be updated at any point during the program.
  • Optional Completion: Providing feedback is encouraged but not mandatory. Students will be prompted at various points on the platform to submit their responses.

How to Set Up End-of-Session Feedback

  1. Navigate to Your Program:
    • Log into the Vygo Partner Portal and select the relevant program.

      Access Settings:

    • Use the left-hand navigation menu to go to Settings, then click on Session Feedback.

      Add a Question:

    • Click Add a Question.
    • Enter your question text.
    • Select the answer type (e.g., multiple choice, short/long text).
    • If applicable, input your answer options and set the order.
    • Click Save Question to confirm.

You can repeat these steps to add up to three questions.
